A personal dream of mine is for a train-watching and educational park to be constructed in Brunswick. Over the past 5 years I have developed a concept and designs for such a park to be located on the former site of the Brunswick Railroad YMCA. The idea has been published in several local newspapers and has been considered by various local non-profit organizations but has been turned down due to the economy. These pages will provide information on the YMCA and other locations, the park designs, alternate designs, similar parks across the country, and why I feel Brunswick should have such a park.
